Terms of Service and Prices
We do not determine fees on a "per page - line - word - or image" basis. That method creates complications, additional fees for you the consumer, and constricts the creative process.
Although our fees schedule is set up in "fifty page blocks", that is merely a necessity of determination. The smallest "basic" package provides for 50 web pages with all the multimedia effects/elements you could need. If the needs of your site only require less than 50 pages, we will work with you to develop/install additional custom elements/features which will still equal the amount of work involved in a full 50 page site.
Schedule of Fees
"BASIC SIZE" Website = $500.00. Up to 50 web pages with custom graphics and multimedia.*
"INTERMEDIATE SIZE" Website = $800.00. Up to 100 web pages with custom graphics and multimedia.*
"FULL SIZE" Website = $1200.00. Up to 150 web pages with custom graphics and multimedia.*
"ADVANCED SIZE" Website = $1500.00. 250 or more web pages with custom graphics and multimedia.*
* Note: additional 100 page blocks are available at a lower rate if needed for photo display only (photo slide-shows and photo albums). $100.00 per block.
*All new web site development packages include one year of support and updates.
Preexisting website development fees and services are subject to negotiation on an individual basis, according to the amount and nature of the work involved.
Yearly website maintenance packages are determined according to the size of your site and its maintenance requirements, fees range from $150.00 to $300.00 per year.
Additional Fees
(please consult with me before doing anything)DOMAIN NAME: You must purchase your domain name (yourbusiness.com) = $20 per year.
HOSTING SERVICE: You must hire a website hosting service (puts your site on the web) = $10 per month.
Total Cost of your Website (first year)
My Fee + Domain Name ($20 year) + Hosting Service ($10 month).
